Need Help

My friend forgot his Apple ID and password. Now that he remembered it, it says its locked. We tried to start a one on one conversation with Apple, but I cant. It forces me to communicate with Vodafone and not Apple. My friend has an iphone 6 and his has IOS 11.2.6. I am happy to give you all the details you ask me, just need a way to speak with apple support.

He should try resetting its password (and then logging out and back in everywhere) : If your Apple ID has been locked - Apple Support


If that doesn't fix it contact iTunes Support and see if they can/will re-enable it : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww or https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

Apple Support by e-mail or chat Select your device, Battery, Power and Charging, then Power adapter not working to get a chat option. If you need to talk to them, ask them if they will do a Skype or FaceTime with you.
