Dear Apple Support
I've created an APP on a webpage called Aquro.
I've now downloaded the .ipa file and uploaded it in AppleStore.
I got the reply, that my APP has a lot of text in it, so it should be uploaded in Ibook Store.
Now my question is; How do I upload in .ipa file in Ibook Store - is that even possible?

It's not possible, the iBookstore is for books. Presumably the reply that you got means that instead of being an app, due to the amount of text in it, you should instead create an ibook. You could try asking in the dev forums : https://devforums.apple.com/index.jspa

That means you will have to recreate your app in something like Pages or iBooks Author that can export it to .epub or .ibooks format instead of .ipa.
