Lyrics are gone forever from iPhone

Starting from iOS 9 lyrics are gone from my iPhone. On the computer everything's perfect.

Here is what I've tried to solve the problem:

1) Delete all the songs from the iPhone and resync them via Wi-fi

2) Delete all the songs from the iPhone and resync them via cable

3) Restore the iPhone as new and transfer the songs

All these 3 things I've done twice just to make sure, but it didn't help

By the way, I'm not the only one who has this problem.

I do not use iCloud and Apple Music, they're off.

I use recordings to learn foreign languages and I desperately need the lyrics on iPhone!

Apple, it's time to admit that it's iOS's bug and fix it!

I've been putting up with this problems more than a year I cannot anymore. Do something, please!!!

My computer is iMac 10.13.3

My phone is iPhone 7. version 11.2.6.
