udates screwing up iphone

updatews as usual makes function not work camera and sending photos

MacBook, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8)

Hi franjones,

Try doing a restore on your phone trough iTunes. It will download a fresh, new copy of the latest iOS version available to your phone. If the problem still happen, contact Apple Support.

If I do a restore, do I not lose all of my contacts, text, emails that I want to save ??

Is there any other way to restore other than losing my info
