whats wrong with my iphone? apple what can I do?

why does my iphone 5s says that my passcode is wrong but I just typed it correctly when I changed it but when I tried to open it up again it got disabled for a minute then I tried to put the right passcode and again it just kept on saying that I input the wrong passcode now it has been disabled for an hour. apple please help me solve my problem.
