Face time not working

I can’t make FaceTime call because i cam from Saudi Arabia yesterday nd there we cannot use FaceTime but in Pakistan there is no restric on FaceTime i change region of my phone but still my phone set on restrict please need your assistance

I can't find facetime app any where in my phine except it's only available in the storage. Facetime Not Available i have bought my iPhone X from UAE and I live in pakistan but my iPhone X doesn’t have facetime app available. now Apple have made facetime available in pakistan but still i cannot see facetime app in my iphone. i have also changed my region to pakistan in settings but still no luck. is there any other way? please help.

Restrictions about Facetime are tied to the country where your device was supposed to be sold.

There's no way to activate Facetime if your device was bought in UAE. Sorry.
