It's difficult to diagnose your issue remotely. That being said, read and follow all the steps provided in this support guide:

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support

If nothing changes, have your iP7 checked at your most convenient Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider:

Apple - Find Locations - Location Selector
