Reset Apple ID questions

Hello, I am trying to access my Apple ID on my ipad so that I can access my Mac remotely. Every time I try to sign in with correct ID and password I am then ask to answer two security questions (that I don’t even remember setting) when I do answer (with the right answers) I am told they are wrong, when I reset it is similar questions and then I am told there is insufficient information to reset security questions. I have got onto this forum (I don’t how) because I had the same problem signing into Apple here.

Has anyone any idea, how to reset these security questions please? And I am 54 please guide me carefully

If you can’t reset them contact Support in the country where you are (and which is therefore the country on your account) and see if they can reset them for you : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security

If your country isn't on that page try this form to contact Support : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
