unable to log in to 3th party application altough two factor auth. disabled

what can I do to solve or workaround that problem


actually want to create icloud account on Galaxy in Outlook for android.....

You need to enable 2 Factor Authentication on your Apple ID and create an app specific password to use. If your account won’t allow 2 Factor Authentication, try 2 step verification.
