Security questions

I chose letters instead of words for the security questions and now they don't work, letters like ZZZ ,etc. I did that over a year ago

Forgotten security questions When I try to change my security questions, the error message comes that "we don't have sufficient information to reset your security questions." There is not detail about what you need? I know my password, I add my phone number. So what you need to reset my security questions. That is ridiculous. I try to get help from call center, they said that you have to answer one of them. That's why I'm calling you. I need a solution.
