No backup

I got my iPhone blocked because I forgot the password.

I plug it in my PC and the phone is charging.

On iTunes it doesn't show anything.

I get my phone in recovery mode and it still won't show anything on iTunes.

Then how can I get it to restore? I also tried everything from the support and it didn't work.

I don't have any Apple Stores or premimum resellers nearby.

Any thoughts to how can I restore it?
