Apps freezing during app switch on iphone 8

Whenever i switch apps my iphone 8 gets freeze completely specially when using YouTube. YouTube freezes and playback sound of video runs but home button or anything else doesn’t work a bit except the lock screen button.

it happens too much the more i switch apps the more it freezes for a long period of time..Please help!
