App shut down after opening why?

I have an iPhone X updated and downloaded an app. When open the app, it shut off by itself within two seconds of opening.

Problems closing app ( iPhone XR ) i try try to close my app window buy swiping up. When i do that the app will act like it’s closing then when i try to go home the app i tried closing opens up again.
