A lot of people have received e-mails like the one you received judging by the number of posts about such e-mails.

Apple will always address you by your name or the name they have on file for you and the e-mail will be from @apple.com or @iTunes.com. E-mail addresses can be spoofed. You can go to Mail/View/Message/Show all Headers to see more.

Send the e-mail to Apple as an attachment to a new e-mail before deleting it. You can forward as an attachment by going to Mail/Message/Forward as attachment.

Apple / iTunes doesn't send emails about accounts being locked, except in reply. Is the email addressed to by name (iTunes knows your name from the account), is it written in proper grammatical English ? But it's very likely to be a phishing email and not from iTunes , the link in stedman1's reply should help you check it if it's not already clear from the way that it's addressed and its language.

If your account is blocked (as opposed to having received a phishing email like the OP) : If your Apple ID has been locked - Apple Support

It certainly doesn't sound legit. The info in the posts above should help identify bogus messages.

Emails saying that an Apple ID has been locked or disabled are never legitimate; if this actually happens, the owner will be told when they try logging into it.

And the rest of the email ? Does it address you by name ? Did you contact iTunes Support and it’s a reply ? You’ve read the link that was posted above ?
