Using a UPS on a iMac

Hello

I am planning on using a APC Back-UPS RS 1500, on a 2015 iMac 27" i7

Stats on battery backup.

On-battery Waveshape : Stepped Sine Wave
Maximum Load: 1000 VA - 600 W / 1500 VA - 865 W

On-line Input Voltage Range: 175 - 295 Vac

Can anyone tell me with if this backup is safe to use on this unit?

That is the same APC unit I use on my 2013 iMac. It has worked flawlessly during several power outages in the past couple years.
