Apple Watch 2 + Daylight Savings Issue with Alarms Setting One Hour Later?

We just had DLS occur so I have to assume this is an issue surrounding Apple, the code for the phone and/or watch and DLS.

I voice text a request of Siri to set an alarm for say, 6 a.m. and it sets it up for 7 a.m. Tried all sorts of ways to "trick" it into the correct time but no go. As of yesterday this wasn't an issue.

Any thoughts?
