iphone6s plus camera is blurry

i've iphone 6s plus and all features work fine except rear iSight camera. As soon as i start the camera app i hear light noise as if some motor is spinning and camera preview shows blurred images. Doesn't focus at all. Attached picture taken when it is blurry.

1. Front camera works fine
2. Front and Back camera work fine in FaceTime
3. Rear Camera in slow-mo mode works fine
4. Open camera app and put a small magnet on the right top corner , now rear camera focuses properly (See #2 screenshot)

I tried my serial to see if it is affected by iSight camera issue on iPhone 6 but shows it is not qualified (iSight Camera Replacement Program for iPhone 6 Plus - Apple Support)

Not sure whatelse to do. Looks like Apple product quality going down even though prices are going up. iPhone is useless if i cannot take pictures with it. Wasn't expecting to replace iPhone every 12 months soon after warranty expires. That could be why now Genious bar appointments have long long long wait.
