How can I switch the shutter noise on my iPhone 6?

So my dad bought me an iPhone 6 in london (I live in London) a couple of weeks ago and the camera noise is really loud and annoying any help? By the way I’ve put my ringer off but the noise still happen. So any solutions for free and that actually work?

I wasn't aware this may be the case in the UK but the shutter noise is there to prevent the spurios use of the camera for intimate photos. It can only be shut off by Jailbreaking which is not approved by Apple.

Was this a second hand phone?
