Can no longer get apps on iPhone 6 to move to next screen

In the past I’ve been able to easily move apps between screens on my iPhone 6 by pressing until they wiggle and sliding to next screen. Now the app jumps back to the original screen.

editing app position on iPhone you have got to be kidding me, there is no way to move apps around to a screen to the left of whatever the active screen is !! what am i missing ?
