Can Find my IPhone be associated with 2 accounts?

My iPhone got stolen two days ago.

I have two apple id as I live in two countries. And I have registered in both Apple ID my iPhone. Let's say Account A and Account B.

I have used the account A iCloud to set erase process as soon as I realized that my iPhone was stolen.

I logged in the account B apple ID page to change the password; accidentally I have removed that device that was stolen.

Now I am worried that maybe I have not used the right apple account to initiate the erase process on the phone that was stolen.

Is it possible that there are two iCloud accounts that track my iPhone?
