My facetime does not work. He says all times that there has an problem with activating Facetime (after logging in) (and also on iMessage). A little details over my apple id:
- I am in Belgium
- I use only an Macbook air '13 and an iPad Air 2 (both the devices are updated to the last version)
Can anybody help?

Have someone else attempt to sign in using their Apple ID. If they can successfully sign in and use Messages/FaceTime, it may be your Apple ID.Someone I know had this happen and I was able to sign in usingmy Apple ID. After a call to Apple Support and then being elevated to a tier 2 support person, it turned out it was a problem with their Apple ID. It took the software engineers 3-4 days to fix the problem. When calling Apple, make sure you tell them it is an Apple ID problem so you don't get charged.

My sister have’s de same problem with heir Apple ID. But my friend not. I checking tomorrow (its here 22h) my apple id again. I have change a couple things i think its working (like the secure email added)
I have trying this earlier. But nothing works now. But so in the website: ‘activating takes to max. 24h’
