Mid 2012 MacBook Pro Retina freezing and rebooting after High Sierra update

RAM: 8GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 4000 w/ 1536MB VRAM

Storage: 256GB SSD

OS: MacOS High Sierra 10.13.3

Since I have upgraded to High Sierra, I have had nothing but issues. My Mac, under any kind of load whatsoever, will lock up entirely, and after about 10-15 seconds, it will reboot. I can't even split screen a word document with Safari. The computer doesn't seem to be overheating.

I have tried the following:

Resetting NVRAM & SMC

First-Aiding the SSD

Creating guest account to isolate issue and removing the main account

Booting into Safe Mode

Completely wiping the laptop, removing the partitions, and rebuilding High Sierra from scratch.

I'm currently typing this off of the laptop, and since I have only this one Safari tab open, it's working fine, but if I were to do anything else, it would freeze. Are there any suggestions on how I can fix this, or any information on how I can possibly rollback to the prior OS? I was using the laptop for hours before I upgraded to High Sierra, and it was working fine. The second that I booted into High Sierra the first time has been nothing but issues.
