It is possible you ISP is blocking these sites as suspected spam sites. In that case it is out of your control.

It may well be temporary. You can ask you ISP to whitelist these site.

You can try to access the TLD ie bizbuysell.com/

You can ping the domain (network address) and see where the problem is, Using the Network.app

my results gleaned from the utility gives me this info: https://ipinfo.io/65.200.12.149

From my computer, no problems either site.

Your results maybe different if you get off your wifi and try a cellular connection on your iOS device.

You can also use Global DNS Propagation Checker - What's My DNS? to look for problems in the DNS.

No problems here. Try replacing "http:" with "https:" and see if that helps any.

I think you have a network connection issue, then. Or, possibly a router setup. Not quite sure why you are getting the error. I would ask your ISP's tech support.
