Apple ID

My mom have an iphone but she recently was diagnosed with Alzheimer. Due to the disease we are unable to get her apple ID or password. Is there any help for this problem or do I have to consider the iphone unusefull anymore? Please help. Thk U.

Her Apple ID should be her email address. You can try the steps in these articles:

Then you'll need to attempt to recover the password through your email service provider.

Thats the problem. She doesnt remember her email adress password either. We are unable to get anything from her emails anymore.
