Old icloud password

Hey , i used to have iphone 4s , i started my icloud and apple ID from that time , i used my hotmail , i didnt use my hotmail for so long so they deleted it , i cant use it anymore . I forgoted my icloud password , so i cant use that email because i cannot reset my password to that email . The security question also is not working , it is my birthday day , but is not working !!

I need to reset password to get my old pictures , what can i do ??
