Don't make a new apple I'd All your apps / photos / music are tied to the apple I'd in use when they were downloaded.
Go to iCloud make sure iCloud back up is on Then backup now over your wifi.
T hen go to settings down to reset Restore iPhone back to factory settings.
Set back up over your wifi when it asks if you want to use iCloud backup Say yes to get your apps and data back this will get rid of any bugs.

Hi Brian! Thanks for the explenation! I have one more question. Why can’t I see my backed up photos at their full clarity? I restored my iPhone and all my photos are blurred
How do I restore my iPhone and then make a new Apple account but transfer my photos, music and documents from iBooks to the new Apple account ?
