I 5 phone- how can I use a US Cellular phone on my Verizon Account?

Have a hand me down I5 phone from someone in wi. from a US Cellular account. Not available in FL. How can I use on my Verizon Account.

If it is carrier locked, you must first get an unlock code from US Cellular so you can use the phone with whatever carrier you want (Verizon, in this case).
