Purchased song didn't download

I just purchased a song and it didn't download. The money didn't come out of my account either. How long should I wait until I try to purchase it again.

Problem with a song purchase I purchased a song on iTunes (Achoo- Ski mask the slump god ft. Keith ape) and I tried making a ringtone out of it, instead I had problems and deleted the music file and when I did the I couldn’t listen to the song anymore and when I tried to re download it I had to pay for it, it shows in my bank account that money was used to purchase the song so why do I have to buy it again to download it ?

apple music I preordered an album a couple of months ago and it came out today the ablum it out on the apple music, and apple have talent the money out of my bank account yet i cannot download the album and it’s says i would have to repurchase the album even though i have already bought it. I’m very disappointed and i don’t know what to do to get the album i’ve paid for one my phone .
