My 4th generation TV is supposed to have an ability ti turn of voice over. I can't find it in Settings under General.

I have a 4th generation Apple TV. I want to turn off voice over. Apple support says to go to settings, general , accessibilities. I do not have accessibilities under General . How do I turn off Voice over?
