How do I get access to an iPhone 6s w/out a computer?

Can someone answer this question in plain English*? Here's the problem:

  • I cannot get into an iPhone 6s.
  • The screen states "iPhone is disabled. Please connect to iTunes."
  • I do not have a computer with iTunes on it.
  • End goal: to gain access to the iPhone 6s.

So, how do I fix this? Is it possible without iTunes?

Thank you.

*Examples of advice that's not plain English: "usbaap1.idf," "Locate and expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers section," etc.

Not possible. The iPhone has gone into recovery mode and must be connected to a computer with iTunes to restore it.

Call your local Apple Store and ask them if they will restore it for you.

You don't do it without iTunes. You'll need to find an computer that you can use that has (or can have) iTunes installed on it. You can certainly make an appointment at your local Apple Store for assistance.
