On iPad Mini 2, current iOS, in Settings > Contacts > My Info, there are a bunch of email addresses that are long out of date. How can they be deleted? Tapping on them does not bring up Edit menu, but instead places the address in the My Info field and closes the Contacts list. Thanks,

Go to the Contacts app (or Contacts within the Phone app). Find your contact entry. Tap the Edit button in the upper right. Delete the outdated information. Tap Done.

Thanks. It looks like the entry has to be deleted not just at the red ‘-‘ but also way down at the bottom of the page. Easy to miss.
You shouldn't have to delete the entire entry. However, it might well be quicker to delete the entry and recreate it than to try to figure out why you can't edit the existing one.
