I have numerous comments in my spreadsheet - how do I print all of the comments?

Adding to Barry's excellent reply,

Multiple comments can be made visible only if those comments are NOT attached to a cell.

Click on a blank part of the "canvas" (outside the table) and Insert Comment.

A search of recent occurrences of this topic provides these statements:

(not tested)


Comments will print only if they are Visible when you print.

Multiple comments can be made visible only if those comments are NOT attached to a cell.

Comments entered after clicking the Comments button are not attached to cells.

Comments entered by selecting a cell and choosing Insert > Comment are attached to the selected cell.
