So My grandmother isn’t getting any sound from her iPad. Is the 2017 iPad and it says it’s connected to headphones but I don’t see how that’s possible. I tried turning off Bluetooth to make sure there weren’t any wireless devices around

Check that there are no objects (eg fluff) in the headphone jack that may be causing a Headphone “connection”.
