For starters uninstall the bit torrent then restart your Mac to test.

If it's still slow, uninstall the third party 32 bit apps. Start with the Adobe products first.

before insulting someone I'd think about it, before trolling on apple forum I'd think even harder, I haven't used torrent for that purpose but for me as professional is important to get acquainted with different type of software for example for running ad campaigns.
Thank you for not helping me at all.

And FYI if I had malware on my machine perhaps etrecheck would have detected this is why I PAID for the license. Or was it just waste of money?

Ive ran another etrecheck using beachballing report, and got: Failing hard drive Disk errors detected.

how is this happening? How can I fix it?

If the HD is failing then you can either do-it-yourself and replace it which is not recommended due to the complexity of the work. However if you would like to try there are iFixit.com tutorials and www.macsales.com also has tutorials. Here is the link to the www.macsales.com tutorial iMac Installation Video at MacSales.com

If you don't want to tackle the work, then please take it to an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider in your area to have the work done.

Also, if you purchased AppleCare, please check to see if you have some time left which is very likely and this repair would be covered under your AppleCare coverage.

Good luck.

There is developing evidence that running AdBlock and AdBlock Plus simultaneously can create conflicts that slow browsing. It appears you have SIX ad blockers of different types. Once you get the disk error issue sorted, I recommend disabling all the blockers and then testing them one by one. Once you find ONE that does what you need, disable all others.
