How do I transfer iTunes library on iPhone to computer?

Have iPhone 6S with 11.2.6. The library on my iPhone is correct but the library on iTunes on my MacBook (OS 10.13.3) is not correct, it is missing most of the playlists. How can I transfer the library on my phone to my computer without losing content?

MacBook Pro (15-inch Late 2008), Mac OS X (10.7.3)
