Menu bar becomes tinted red

This started happening several weeks ago, and I have no idea what's causing it, but every so often my Mac's menu bar will become tinted red in the upper-right area:

The strange thing is that if I take a screenshot it's not there, so I had to use my iPhone and take a photo of it. The problem will go away only when I reboot the Mac, and it will stay away for a few days before it comes back. Never did this prior to a few weeks ago.

Any ideas?

Macbook Pro Touch Bar has green tint and certain options burnt onto the Touch Bar. My MacBook Pro Touch Bar has this green/blue tint and looks really weird. It also has certain options "burnt" into the screen too (like the option used to adjust brightness). This happened to me randomly and I don't know why. Please help if you can.

Toolbar on MAcBook Pro When I leave my computer open - and especially at night, I find a flashing irregular light coming out from the Toolbar. It is becoming worse. Is anyone else having this issue? It is my MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2019, Four Thunderbolt 3 ports). Do I need to take it to the Apple Store for repair? Thank you, JMScheibe
