Mail view often freezes

It happens to me periodically at work in particular, especially when working with several windows which is my everyday scenario. I have self-service on mine though and flush my caches, then restart, which fixes most of my freezing issues. However, it's usually a network issue on top of the App trying to keep up. I usually restart in this case also.

I cleaned up my mail more recently however (finally) & the performance is steady so far *fingers crossed*.

I'll toggle my settings tomorrow and check to see if that helps. If so, I'll update.

Mine is more specific to lagging or a complete/intermittent freeze issue with Mail & a few other apps or programs that require regular CPU usage.

Thanks for the reference....I'm still going to check as it may help in some manner :)
