Match Content does not appear in video and audio settings after software update to 11.2.6

Just purchased an ATV 4K, In the video keeps going to 720 P. I purchased a new HDMI cable for this, but it still keeps saying my cable csnnot handle 1080p! Searching through help and discussion forums, it looks like I am even missing menu option in my settings. I’m getting so frustrated, I’m about to return it and go back to my first gen ATV.
