I can't find the i phone back up anywhere

Hi .

So my i phone got locked and i had to restore it, i didnt back up on i cloud it seems and all the back up's on the PC are gone as well ( not sure how ) for some reason i do have the contacts but everything else is gone, is there anything i can do to find all the lost items. I tune does remember my purchases but didnt resotre them, for 10 years i'v been updating phones with i phone and everything is moved to the new phone, how can there be no back up at all ?
