Mysterious iPhone Disabled issue: stuck in recovery mode with error 14 issue

My iPhone 7 has been disabled without any wrong passcodes entered. No one has access to my phone. Is this a recent software error? I thoroughly followed Apple's suggestions. My iPhone is now stuck in recovery mode with an error 14 message. I've updated all Apple, iTunes, and OSX software with the same result. How do I resolve this issue without restoring the phone?

I'm a traveling artist who uses the iPhone merely for filming and application use while continuously giving Apple advertisement on multiple social media platforms. I back up once a month. I spend an ungodly amount of money on Apple products yearly. The past month's worth of photos, videos, and documentation is on this phone. Please resolve this issue.

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 11.2.6
