Reading Pdf across devices

Is it possible to sync pdf files across devices, so everytime I open them on Ibooks or Files I can continue to read from the point I left last time?

iPhone 8, iOS 11.2.6

Moving pdfs from iBooks to Files I want to convert my iBooks pdfs to my Files and then delete them from iBooks. Once I move my pdfs from iBooks to Files, can I delete them from iBooks "everywhere" and still retain the same pdfs I saved in Files?

copy pdf from macbook to ipad since apple 'improved' - i can no longer copy pdf files from my macbook to my ipad...it used to be so easy! can't figure it out now...frustrating! they used to go into acrobat, now what i see via google is that they'll show up in books on my ipad. but they're not there either. what else do i need to do?
