Locked Out

I was locked out of my account after not remembering my security questions. I now know my security questions answers, but I'm locked out and it keeps telling me to try again later. I keep trying later and it still says I'm locked out. I just got a new ipod and can't get to any of my music!

It says theres not enough info to reset my security questions... its been a long time since I have used ITunes... I'm trying to open my account that I have not used in many many years. I figured out my login, reset my password, but now it wants 2 security questions answered... I've tried several different ways of writing them... but no luck and it locked me out. Now it says there is not enough info to reset the security questions. I don't want to start all over, as I know that I had a bit of music on my old original ipod...

Apple Id and account I'm trying to sign into some music on my Android phone. It told me my account has been locked. I answered my security questions wrong so it sent a code to my iPad. I no longer have that iPad.
