I was notified of fraud

An email arrived saying that a fraudulent purchase was detected. What should I do?

It is most likely a phishing attempt. Check the article below for steps to identify bogus messages.

Log into reportaproblem.apple.com


if you see any unauthorised purchases in the last 90 days, contact Apple,

if you see no purchases, spam and delete the incoming email.


Also double check your bank statement! If you see any unauthorised charges with reference to iTunes, contact Apple and/or your Bank!
