Why don't my MXF files stitch together in the video import in 10.4 like they did in 10.3? Now they come in 20 minute segments (when they are part of the same video shot).
MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015), macOS High Sierra (10.13.2)
I used the camera card (which worked in 10.3). I would get the stitched together from the shot, and also the smaller 20 minute shots, but now I only get the smaller shots and I have to stitch them together on a time line (which I have to make it’s own video before I can make a multi-cam). I have two computers running Final Cut Pro 10.4 and neither of them now automatically stitch a video shot. The camera is a Canon XF200 using Compact Flash cards (64GB).
Are you ingesting from a camera card or have the files been transferred to a hard disk?
