I shattered my iPhone 6 screen and now it says 'searching'?

I shattered my phone a couple weeks ago and everything has been working fine. I recently restarted service on my phone and it was working for a few days but now it always says searching. I've tried every fix on the Internet about how to fix it and a few worked but now they don't. Since I shattered my screen, is there a possibility that the antenna could be broken? If so, what can I do to fix that?

There's a possibility that much more than the screen was damaged. In fact, it's very probable.

Make an appointment at the genius bar and get an out of warranty replacement.
