Problem with installation of Mac OS maverick

in order to clean install is Mavericks, I have formatted my hard drive and started the installation process. but the computer gets freezed during the “preparing to install” phase each time,and the beach ball of death appears. No matter how long I wait ,the computer does not recovers from this standstillness. I have tried several times but in each case I met with a similar fate.please help

No option for disk to reinstall Mac OS onto My computer recently started freezing and now every time I boot it after about 5 mins it freezes and the crashes. There is an issue with a battery that is nearing the end of its life, but this has been an issue for a while and is not causing the problem. I have reset the PRAM, and then an now attempting to reinstall the OS. However there is no disk available for me to install it onto when I try.

MacOSMonterey install freezes I have downloaded Monterey on my iMac and it is installing. However it keeps freezing with "less than one minute remaining" I can’t do anything with the computer whilst this is happening. I have tried rebooting twice but have the same problem.
