How did you go about cancelling the subscription? Until it's done correctly, you still have a subscription and will continue to be billed.

The directions you sent the link to is how I canceled the subscription. It seems to have not worked cause I was charged again. Suggest something that works, please. Your lackadaisical attitude is not solving the problem.
