Green screen when using After Effects

Hi, recently while using After Effects I am greeted with this lovely green screen (see picture below). I updated to High Sierra about 3 months ago and never had anything like this before. Should I take into a mac shop for troubleshooting? Is After Effects putting too much pressure on my graphics card? My mac specs:

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015)

2.5 GHz Intel Core i7

16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB

Any guidance would be great.

All video players display solid green. All video players display solid green. It happens after just viewing 4k videos, or rendering a 4k video, or while editing 4k videos in adobe premiere. All video players in any player like Facebook, Quicktime, Youtube any player goes solid green. I reboot and everything is okay until I push the video card. It's happening more and more often. MacOS Mojave iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015) Processor 4 GHz Intel Core i7 Memory 48 GB 1867 MHz DDR3 Graphics AMD Radeon R9 M395X 4096 MB Lates Adobe Suite CC (but problem happens when just viewing video too)

iMac screen flickers I have an iMac (retina 5K 27inch late 2015) that runs macOS Mojave 10.14.6. My graphic card is AMD Radeon R9 M390 2GB. In the last few months after using the iMac for a few hours or sometimes 30 min after restart the iMac screen starts to flicker and the only way to stop this is to shutdown or restart the iMac. In time I've noticed that the speed of flickering is increasing in its getting harder and harder to close the apps before restarting the iMac. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?
