My photo stream not appearing on new device

I have recently purchased a new iPad(the latest one in the market). I used my existing apple ID to sign in and start using it. It is upgraded to the latest software.

The problem is that I don't see 'My Photo Stream' album in it. I have three other devices with me- iPhone 7, iPad air, ipad2 apart from this latest iPad. The photo stream is appearing on all the others except this one. I have alreaidy set Allow photos to stream under icloud option.

What could be the problem? I tried signing out, signing in multiple times but to no effect.

Kindly help. My other apps such as notes and reminders are synched but not the photos.
