i just got the iphoneX about a week ago and anytime i make or recieve a call the screen stays on and either hangs up or goes into different apps i dont know what to do. i cant even use my phone as a phone.

My iPhone 13 Pro will not open any apps & will not turn off I do not understand why my iPhone 13 Pro will not open any apps & will not turn off... It has been this way for over 2 hours now and I cannot even call support because I cannot even open the call app. I have tried to press down on the top volume button and side button, then quickly press down on the bottom volume button and side button, then just hold down on the side button which did absolutely nothing...
